6 MONTHS // Half a year?! Noooooo 😭 Huxley is sleeping in his own crib!! (And sleeps way better in there!) He loves to reach and grab things, touch faces, and play with his toys. He is such a happy baby who likes his schedule and naps 😂 His preferred method of movement is rolling and even though he attempts to crawl, he always ends up rolling instead. He says Mama and Dada and likes to mimic other sounds he hears. We love watching him grow into the sweet little person he is 💙
Likes: chewing on gatorade bottles,
shopping bags (seriously why buy toys when basic things are way cooler to him 😂), Mickey Mouse, peek-a-boo, head rubs, baths
Dislikes: baby food, being strapped in things, loud noises, showers

This was not initially the preview I was going to post for this incredible wedding, but sometimes a photo just hits you right in the feels. Focusing primarily on portraits is something I planned on doing more this year! So glad my nephew was such a willing participant, especially since my daughter is not. In her words exactly yesterday “no! don’t take a picture of me” 😢
You guyssss, I finally got some professional pictures of me with my babies & of course they were both in the WORST moods that day. (I was able to make Cash laugh, but there was no cracking Sawyer. 😑) I honestly didn’t think the photographer, @jaylee_davis would get any good shots since they were such buttheads, but she pulled through with these gems! 😍 She was so patient & amazing with them. Little Otis Avery, gently growing out of his baby phase and flowing into a toddler. 🌾 *This was a nap on a ‘bed’ we made on the floor, snuggled right next to momma the entire time. He’s safe with those pillows.
