Your talent is a gift to you. What you do with it is your Gift back to others, and to God.
Bella & I got to speak at the Palmerton Camera Club this evening, and this is one photo I showed as an example of a long exposure.
It was so awesome, and such a privilege to share info on what I love. I love passing on what I can. I love how it's aided in my overcoming addiction, and I love how it mirrors life in so many ways, and how it's given me a new lens in which to see. It's helped to give me a voice. Not to mention- it's helped to give me different perspectives, and has just taught me so much, in general. I also love how it brings people together.
We all see differently, and it's our own experiences that lead up to how we see things. And also, how we shoot our cameras, and how we capture things.
I love capturing moments and memories, and just sharing things, in general, to help others in whatever they may receive from what is put through me
I have tried to stop taking pics, but I can't NOT do it. It's been given to me, and I accept it, and to not continue with it, would be a disservice to you, to myself, and to God.
It's a wonderful tool to use in the world, and to freely share what's been given to me.
I just love long exposure shots. They can give a feel like no other. I can't even put it to words.
This exposure was 30 secs. at f/16, ISO 50, using the Lee Filter System.
Photograph from your heart. Enjoy the journey.
Bella also gave a high-five at the end, and even spoke for everyone. For a piece of bologna, of course 😉
Please contact me for prints or for use of the photo.
Feel free to share.

Mount Pilatus in Switzerland in March 2018. Even the city light of Lucerne is very close I could get a great view on the Milky Way as it was cold and clear that night. I took 360 photos between 2 am and 4.30 am. And I bulit it together with LRTimelapse.

Hello world. Happy Thursday to everyone out there on IG. We are just one day, ONE DAY away from the weekend. For those of us in Canada, it was a short 4 day work week for us so 🍻 to that! I've said it before, that I am definitely not one of those unfortunate enough to always work for the weekend. However, I learned about color profiles recently, made some settings on my camera and I am really looking forward to getting out there and working that shutter! Who's got comments or tips or tidbits on color profiles? Anyone??
Tomorrow we leave for a weeklong kayak adventure through Glacier Bay’s inlets, allowing us yet again to camp along rocky isolated shorelines under the perpetual twilight of Alaskan spring nights. I can hardly wait!
A fantastic shot captured by @robwarren5777 last night at our Astronomeet event!
Thanks to everyone who came down for a fun night of astro photography and steel wool spinning, was great to see so many new faces!! Thanks for tagging #instameets_tasmania Rob!
