My motivation has been so bloody low lately. Not just my motivation to exercise or workout, but my motivation to "life". .
Like low motivation to out and be social, explore, go shopping, go to work etc... .
I honestly know that once I start working out and moving again, I WILL feel AMAZING! ... and this will be a chain reaction into the rest of my life! .
But finding that motivation to do what I know I need and want to do is the problem. .
Working out my yourself is HARD 🤦🏼♀️
I don't like gym environments, but then still I'd be working out solo. I need someone to bounce off, to make sure I'm accountable. .
You know what I'm saying right?! .
I need to do SOMETHING! .
I love F45 but can't justify the price at this moment in time. .
I could go back to basics coz I love BBG but hate the jumping 🙅🏼
So... not sure what to do.... .

Here’s a Post by @thecaloriedoctor on the impact of natural sugar vs refined sugars. Key points is one has additional key nutrients, the other doesn’t. The refined sugar is associated with some tasty treats, which can be added but we need to be mindful of volume we intake. Happy reading. ・・・
🍓Sugar vs Sugar 🍰
Sugar from whole foods compared to actual sugar are not made equally🙅🏻♀️
What’s the difference?!
Whole Food Sugar
Sugar from Real Food like fruit contains natural sugars but also have an abundance of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants to fight off toxins in the body. As fiber normally comes with eating this type of sugar, absorption rate of sugar will be slower. This is why “simple sugars” found in whole foods don’t increase blood sugar levels as fast as refined sugar.
Has no nutrients and empty calories
This type of sugar will increase blood sugar and insulin levels much faster 👉🏼 and the body will have a harder time accessing fat stores to burn it off.
Sugar is sugar - but the difference here is the nutritional value and what these impacts can have on the body!

Back in the gym today with some glutes!! It’s been a while since I’ve been in the gym and honestly I’ve been a bit scared as well as cautious since finding out I have a hernia. It’s not serious to the point where I’ll need surgery but the doctor still said to be careful and to not lift weights but... I like to lift so... 🏋🏻♀️ I also want to be a bit more vulnerable for my own accountability sake... so watch out for my story and highlights for more info about me coming soon 💁🏻♀️ #83daysout
Active "rest" days 🍃
At IHPC we are strong believers in active rest days and think they're the perfect day to incorporate some low intensity steady state cardio (LISS)!
Why we love LISS on a Sunday ☀️
✅ Does not raise cortisol levels, making it fantastic for recovery whilst still burning calories!
✅ Releases the stress hormone noradrenaline. This allows for our body to inhibit our BETA receptors, which burns off our easy to be mobalised body fat.
✅ Increases blood flow throughout the body. Increased blood flow is imperative for sore muscles after a long week of training.
✅ It's a great way to get out, explore and see new things!

Week7.... meh. Neither happy or unhappy with how this week went.
But I have decided to repeat week 7 again as it wasn’t up to scratch. Nothing “bad” happened this week. My gym was closed due to renovations, I went to 3 job interviews and went out celebrating last night. Sometimes life just happens and things don’t go as planned. #pwr#week7#redo#progressnotperfection#liss#cardio
