Aromatherapy is totally a passion for me! I love how it can assist SO many conditions with body & mind. 👏
I love having my own business so I can purchase these at cost $ and get paid an income when I purchase things from my own online business. Crazy right... how good is that 😍😍
Whole life balance is key to success. My mastermind group meeting reminded me of this yesterday, so today I made a point to be active because my health and fitness are important to me as well as my business.
I love going on bike rides to stay fit and enjoy the scenery. Whether I go by myself or with my husband, it helps me unwind and remember how important the non business side of my life is. This picture is from our trip to Greece last year, one of the most amazing trips I've ever taken.
To me, work isn't meant to be your whole life just part of it. No matter how much you love it.
What's your job title and one hobby you enjoy? I'd love to get to know you all more.
Network marketing is 📲
Working where you are & using the free 10 minutes you have to generate income.
I just boosted my check by $150 just by taking a 5 minute coaching call 💰💡 .
Do you have 10 minutes here ➕ 5 minutes there❓You COULD be making money❗️You could be the "coaching call" I'm taking, but you haven't said YES yet ‼️ Let's go! 🔥💪🔥
🖥️ Introducing my technical saviour... As if full-time coding isn't enough, this weekend Andy ended up spending time helping me resolve a hacking case, move web hosting to save $, change themes, make design tweaks and a bunch of other things to improve speed, security & search factors for the website.
Getting in the trenches at least once to learn the ropes is often my preference, but this work would take forever to figure out (I sat by him the whole time working on the easier stuff and my mind was spinning looking at his screen!). Plus, I'd have spent thousands outsourcing it.
Right now I'm feeling gratitide beyond words for his ongoing technical support; guilt knowing he's got to 5 days of work ahead for a computer-free day! And a mix of relief/excitement have got a bunch of looming projects out of the way and share @casa.de.karma's mini-refresh very soon.
🤔 Who does the technical part of your biz? Do you DIY, outsource or both?
Time to slay another week! Mum duties, business goals, family chores, house maintenance and a few other things thrown in to keep me on my toes. To all my #ceomama beauties, I hope you have a fab week.

Some of my gorgeous team spent Sunday at a training event working on our ‘side hustle’.
They heard from a recruitment specialist, a professional dancer, a professional singer, a property investor, a make up artist, a nutritionist, an events manager, a journalist, a detective and a podiatrist - from gen y to baby boomer, male and female all with one thing in common - they all started working on a side hustle that has ultimately freed them up from their 9-5pm (or 8 til 8??!!) and helped them grow in to inspiring leaders who are helping to change the lives of those around them.
One of these photos shows the diversity of backgrounds in some of our team alone! •
Everyone needs a side hustle...what’s yours? 👌
A little under sixteen years ago I started with a dream.
My son was for months old and all I wanted was to just be there for him. Anytime. Every time.
It motivated me to go after a lifestyle I'd never been introduced to, or known anyone who did.
At the time there was no Facebook as we know it now, the business of social media manager, virtual assistant, online marketing coach, etc, were completely unknown to me.
From there to where I stand today had been a long journey. There is no overnight success right here. But I'm coming up on my biggest year in business and from here I'll continue to grow.
And you know what? I've had plenty of things to work through like I'm sure you do. If I can do this, so can you!
I think one of the most important things actually IS THE STRUGGLE.
I was a single mom living in my parent's basement apartment and even then I was too comfortable and I didn't have enough urgency to achieve more. When my parents told me they were moving and I had to move out, that's when things changed. Suddenly I had to make things happen... And I did.
I realize now we couldn't really even afford our house when we moved in (my boyfriend and I) but despite having a broken leg in 2013 and a baby in 2014 my income had continued to grow.
We faced new challenges but I love a challenge and I'm positive I need them to keep moving the dial!
Getting uncomfortable is a good thing! It generates success, creativity and motivation!
Are you uncomfortable enough? ❤️💻 Angela Wills
This week is the week to take the first step towards your goals! Even if your knees shake, and your head tells you it will be hard, don't stop.
Everything you have ever wanted is on the other side of your fear 👊
Took this crew on a tour of Port Moody and Coquitlam yesterday (about 40 minutes outside of Vancouver). We stopped by a few open houses - one condo listed at 699k, and a detached house with a rental suite for 1.1m - then back to my place for a BBQ.
I moved to Coquitlam 5 years ago, when real estate prices were about half of what they are now. It pays to be ahead of the curve.
A new townhouse a few minutes from my house is listed for 1 million. A townhouse... 😂
Unless you drop like 50% down, you can’t rent that out and cover your carrying costs each month. The numbers just don’t work for most investors.
I’m not a realtor any more, but it was fun to chat about real estate investing with these entrepreneurs.
A topic that came up was opportunity cost.
Ie. if you invest into one thing, what is the cost you pay by not investing that money somewhere else? If you park your money in your bank account, what is the cost of waiting to do something with it?
If you’ve got some extra cash to invest, what vehicles are you considering right now? Stocks? Real estate? Crypto? Re-investing in your business?

Are you into Meditation?
MEDITATION for me, is just focused- reflective thinking. I don't sit in certain positions, chant sounds, or practice a certain form.
I just reflect about something I'm reading, observing, or problem I'm solving. I don't have a specific time, but I do prefer being in a relaxed, quiet space so I can focus on what I'm thinking.
WHEN I do it, I'm analyzing thoughts or ideas that pop up to get understanding and clarity. Sometimes the understanding and clarity comes in the moment, other times it comes when I'm engaged in something else.
REFLECTIVE Thinking has helped me in my Life and Business Journey in so many ways, and I use it daily. Try it and see what happens!!
Had an amazing morning at our monthly Herbalife Experience Day, stepping outside my comfort zone and educating people on how I have reactivated my business to help more people understand the importance of a healthy active lifestyle, whilst earning an extra income part time around my full time job as a teaching assistant!
If you are looking for an opportunity then I have something special to share with you....🙌🏼💯 “If you don’t go through life with an open mind you will find a lot of closed doors!”
Are you doing things because it feels good or because it feels like an obligation?😬 Do you do things just because you don't want to feel the guilt that would come to you if you wouldn't?
Or are you doing things because you would love to do them and because they put a smile on your face?🔥🔥 I was going to my job for many years just because I felt that I should, because society brainwashed me into thinking that this is what it is, and I should just deal with it. 🤦♀🤷♀ I thought job is not supposed to be enjoyable or fun. I thought it should be hard and strict and challenging. 👩💼 I feel like I have been liberated from this belief, from the box my mind tried to keep me in by believing I should fit in, stop complaining and continue dong what I always done.. 🚀⭐ It wasn't that long ago when I realised many people out there are loving their life, what they do(not a job). People out there are creating business that fits them, not a business or a job where they feel they should be the one fitting into a system. 👨👩👧👦👩💻 🏝🌴This is not a VACATION photo but a LIFESTYLE photo. My life looks like this today.🏝🌴 🛫🌏Travelling and enjoying my me time and working on a business which brings me joy in my life. Because I get to help people. 🛫🌏 I feel like I make a difference and it feels way more fulfilling then my previous job. ♥👊 The world has changed, there are many opportunities out there and you may find yourself more in these new options than in your job.

Here's to my book 16/40. 😎👊Such a great book on creativity! I like her no BS style in giving advice to people. Gilbert explains how curiosity leads to great work - and how to encourage inspirations to happen. She mentioned we can't rely on inspiration all the time; it comes and go. However, we can follow curiosity - anything that gives you tiny clues of interest. We can discipline ourselves to keep working. Do something else when you're stuck. Eventually let creativity reveals itself in form. Best read for anyone struggling to find inspiration to create, even if you're not working in creative industry.
Finally, my top 3 lessons:
1) Fear is boring. It's the same damn thing keeps you unchanged.
2) If you can't do what you long to do, go do something else.
3) You don't need to sacrifice normal life for creativity. You can unfold it in spare time.
