I put two tablespoons of OG Cleaner Concentrate in an empty Concentrate Bottle or glass bottle, then top it off with tap or filtered water. Adding in drops of essential oils is also an option- the more the merrier! We find the spray tops from amazon and they’re only a few dollars each! •

Traveling through New Zealand 🇳🇿 was definitely a big check ✅ off my bucket list 📋 last year! Tons of memories and sceneries that are hard to describe in words. Whenever I get to travel, I definitely don’t take it for granted. It is something that many people only wish for and for some, regret because they kept waiting for that perfect moment that never came until it was too late. I know, because travel is one thing my mom would’ve loved to do if she was still here. So when I travel, I think of her, and how happy she must be while I pursue the dreams and goals we had together. Time will come when my end will come. When that day comes, I don’t want to be on my death bed 🛏 wishing I had gone to that place when I was at the age when I was capable. My goal is to not do this alone. This upcoming week, I get to fulfill another bucket list goal 🥅! Can’t wait to share the memories that will be made!
Have you ever felt so #bloated you could pop? Or felt like you gained 11lbs. after a single meal? Maybe you’ve felt #tired and sluggish after eating… like, can’t keep your eyes open, “have to take a nap” kind of tired?
I KNOW I HAVE!! Even though this is a common feeling, it is definitely, NOT NORMAL.
Actually, good food, when combined properly, should GIVE YOU ENERGY!
PROPER FOOD COMBINING, is a theory based on food & digestive enzymes and transit times of foods through our bodies (the time it take food to fully digest). Not all food is created equally (obviously) and not all food digests equally. Particular digestive enzymes and diverse amounts of time are needed to digest different types of foods. For example, fruit digests very quickly, about 20-40 minutes, where red meat can take 4-72 hours to fully digest, depending on your digestive track. When you eat foods that have opposite digestion requirements at the same meal, it’s considered a “BAD food combination.” Improper food combinations lead to a “digestive traffic jam” with symptoms including: gas, bloating, fatigue, abdominal cramps and burping!
I could write so much more in detail about this but to spare you, here are some simple guidelines to follow! I try to follow these basic proper food combining principles 80% of the time.
1. EAT FRUIT ALONE
2. EAT PROTEINS WITH NON-STARCHY VEGETABLES
3. EAT STARCHES WITH VEGATABLES AND HEALTHY FATS
4. NON-STARCHY VEGETABLES & LEAFY GREENS COMBINE WELL WITH EVERYTHING
5. AVOID DRINKING DURING YOUR MEALS- This one is the hardest for me. You can have small sips of water while you eat but avoid drinking large gulps during your meal.
Please understand that these are all guidelines. Try them out. See how they feel and work for you. I personally notice a huge difference in my bloating and energy levels when I combine food properly. In the 2nd photo, I attached a food combining chart I found online by @detoxinista , which is an amazing recourse.
I hope this helps some of you and may explain why you feel bloated or groggy after you eat!

I’m always losing my hair ties, so now I keep them all on plastic shower ring that clips closed. It’s an easy way to stay organized, and it will save a few bucks since you won’t have to go back to the store for more hair ties any time soon!
39 days (well the other day) no alcohol. No holding out till sundown, no wine o’clock. Just clarity and freedom! Don’t miss it that much, but not saying it’s totally easy. Old habits take a while to break. I’m certainly enjoying my weekends more, up early and enjoying the sun and being out in nature. I recently got given a copy of the @five_minute_journal as a gift and I bloody love it. Every morning, the first thing I do is write three things I am grateful for and three things that would make the day great. The last thing I do before I sleep is write three awesome things that happened in my day and something that could have made my day better.
You don't need a copy of this journal to do this, just use a notepad or your phone!
By doing this, you immediately start your day on a high and you get out of bed with a positive mindset. This can improve your mood throughout the day and help you be more productive! You also end your day on a great note and I can can attest to this exercise resulting in a better sleep!
By improving your mood throughout the day, you will release less stress hormones which can improve your health.
Remember - you cannot feel stress/anger/sadness at the same time as focusing on something you are grateful for. It's easy to let small things bother you that probably shouldn't or get sucked in by someone else's foul mood. But if you send out positive vibes, you'll attract positive things and people into your life.
