Soooo I guess it’s time to reveal my results from my 8 week thrive experience. 8 weeks of being faithful to the thrive life and I know this is something I don’t want to give up. Did I get the results I expected? No... I got sooo much more! I actually didn’t have very high expectations if I’m being completely honest. Thrive has helped me along with proper nutrition, working out, and plenty of sleep, to lose 28 lbs!!! I have given up caffeine completely! No coffee, no tea! And I feel better than I could ever imagine!
