Anytime anyone asks me how or why my skin is so clear; I always give credit to drinking #lemonwater . An although Im big on staying hydrated, for some reason I always tend to forget to mention my other secret helpers lol: BLACK SOAP AND SHEA BUTTER! Which ive been using for years (refined and unrefined) . An as we already know, coconut oil cleans an moisturizes skin which i also put to use. But when it comes to #blacksoap it is also natural skin cleanser, that helps to fight acne, reduces fine lines and can even out skin tones. I want to say i started using it to keep my eczema away years ago and as of recent I’ve saw its abilities to minimize scars an dark spots! It is also anti-fungal. As far as shea butter; i use it for all things MOISTURE! Skin, hair, chapped lips, scars, bites, and soon to be used as my base when working with #essentialoils . I am loving the lemon water these days! Medical Medium suggests adding lemon to water because "water coming straight from the tap or a bottle has lost its vitality and its innate living structure". I also find lemon water great for when I have gone off raw foods and find it hard to get back on track. I then drink lemon water throughout the day and commit to 50-50 raw and cooked vegan until my body readjusts itself. Previously I would try fasting after any cooked food but it just made things worse. I find gradually getting off the cooked food over the span of a day or two more effective. The Alkaline Diet is known to increase energy, boost the immune system and can be helpful in reducing morbidity and mortality from chronic disease and ailments such as diabetes, arthritis, hypertension and low bone density 💪.

If I could leave you with only one piece of advice, it’s to start your day hydrating. 💦 .
Waking up in the morning and starting your day with a tall glass of lemon water is a small act that goes a long way. .
Overnight your body loses water and you wake up slightly dehydrated, and that’s if you went to bed hydrated. Majority of us walk around dehydrated causing fatigue, headaches, cravings and build up of toxins which leads to a whole mess of problems. .
Having lemon water first thing gives your body an “internal bath,” as @shawnmodel calls it 🛀 .
Some benefits include but not limited are:
flushing out toxins, balancing out the PH level in our bodies preventing cancer, helping promote clear skin, increasing energy levels while decreasing appetite! .

As I sit in my car in my workplace parking lot, already late, listening to country music I ponder life.
I sip on my freshly squeezed lemon water and wonder what life would be like if you didn't have to work somewhere for 2 years to have the opportunity buy a house or property.
I wonder what would have happened if I continued to live my life the way I lived it for 9 months. I wouldn't have my beautiful babies, my family, a life. Or my long ass day job.
I wondered about my little car and how she does me right even if she has a mysterious engine issue.
I wondered what it would be like if we could just work part time and still be able to spend quality time with our family and taking care of them, without the worries of having a full time job just to be able to afford the things to take care of them. Without the worries of corporations taking away our house, car, life.
I wonder what it would be like to go out and solely forage for our own food and only having to buy the bare minimum at the grocery store without spending a fortune.
I wonder why I am still at my job that some days my schedule is 8 am to 6 pm and other days 10 am to 9 pm.
Well, because life.

Your body will benefit greatly if you drink 12 - 16 oz of water as soon as you get up... and if you can make a little warm lemon water and drink that too... so beneficial for your body - when you are hydrated well you will have more energy.
Help your body and your brain out - hydrate each morning. (Your brain works better too#when you are fully hydrated.) How much?? Aim drink at least half your body weight in oz each day - not counting the water you drink when you workout. 😘😘😘

Learning how to break up my two (or five) cups of coffee a day. A couple months ago I started drinking raw apple cider vinegar with water or kombucha every day. Now I add a drop or two of 🍋essential oil to it.
Did you know that lemon extract mimics stomach acid and tricks the liver into producing bile, which helps keep food moving through your gastrointestinal tract smoothly? I didn’t. Lemon also helps relieve indigestion, as well as helps your body process the good stuff in foods more slowly. This drawn-out absorption means insulin levels remain steady and you get more nutrients out of the foods you eat 👍🏻.
And raw apple cider vinegar makes it kombucha-esque (has that tart kick) but is cheaper. And super cleansing. My daily drink basically never is at the beach;). Usually in a mason jar with a lid so I lug it to work or wherever I’m going. And it’s nice I don’t have to always keep fresh lemons on hand.💧
I have a lot of people ask me if it’s easy to get oils into the daily routine. The answer is yes! ⠀
Within 10 minutes of waking up, I use both of these oils. Every day! ⠀
🍋 As soon as I get up, I heat up water on the stove and drink a cup of warm Lemon water. I add just 2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil. This helps gently rid the body of toxins and gets the digestive tract moving. I do this before I eat or drink anything else. ⠀
✨ I also rub Balance (grounding blend) on the bottoms of my feet and on my pulse points. It has a woody aroma which is very calming and also smells so good. ⠀

✨ Warm lemon water! 🍋 This one has replaced coffee and tea for me(which isn’t necessarily bad, but I’m sensitive to caffeine nowadays so I try to steer clear) and it’s a great, gentle way to get your body started.
✨ A lil’ notepad to scribble down all my plans and to-dos for the day 📝 I find it easier to get things down when I can physically hold them in front of me!
✨ More water! 💧 It feels so awesome re-hydrating my bod after hours of sleeping.
✨ If I don’t eat my overnight oats, I love monomeals for breakfast 🍉 It’s very gentle on your digestive system since all foods digest at different time rates, and allows your body to absorb maximum digestion. Mango, watermelon or a banana smoothie are my faves!
✨ A yoga strap for morning stretches 🧘🏼♀️ I try to get a little stretch in every morning, whether it’s in bed or on the mat. It just puts me in a happier mood!
