First few days of keto I prepare ALOT of eggs so that he don't get hungry if he cannot get KETO compliant food from his lunch place. So this Bento is like his breakfast n 3pm snack!
#pngmyfathusband Lunch got Goji berries non compliant. I'm determine not to get hungry, and I LOVE scrambled eggs!
Dinner steak, easy peasy ~
16 hr 'fast' - added fat in coffee. I know it raises insulin a little... still trying to find what works for me.
#ketolunch - 3 eggs, 4 bacon, 3 thin strips bell peppers. Cant finish it. <<< woah did I SAY that??

For lunch I ate chicken drumstick for a few days! Seriously I can eat that everyday~ #pngmyfathusband finally got it right but the aunty was like 🤔 2 eggs n chicken chop without the sauce!
Dinner was simple seaweed soup with shabushabu pork belly ~

Obviamente, al segundo texto que lei me considere experto y terminé vomitando a las 72 hs. Claramente me decepcione y descrei de este sistema.
En el 2015 volví a intentar y nuevamente falle. Fue recién en 2017, cuando gracias a una excelente organización familiar, logré llevarla adelante durante 30 días. Luego, el aprendizaje fue tan significativo que aprendí la diferencia entre ALIMENTARSE y COMER.
Hoy vivo de lunes a viernes comiendo 60% grasas y 39% proteinas. El 1% restante: carbohidratos complejos.
Mejora el sistema inmunológico, la piel y la energías se potencian altisimamente

Leftovers for lunch and I’m not complaining cause L👀K at that chicken and all it’s seasoned glory 🤤 and of course, paired with Brussels sprouts + bacon. I don’t go a day without eating them - my veggie carb of choice! #itswhatsforlunch
Day 365! One year Keto! 🎉🎉🎉 And I could not be more happy and proud! I have lost over 40 pounds. I eat better. I am now eating more veggies than I ever have! No more eating out all the time, I make stuff! 🤗 I can cook! Sorta! I
move more. I actually love to move! It’s a great feeling! I am at my lowest weight in over 20 years! And I feel better than I have in years!
What I have learned: - Keto is not hard, tracking macros, weighing or measuring food, it’s easy! - Doctors do not know everything. Two doctors (both female) told me that at my age, it was impossible to lose weight. - I no longer need sugar in my life. I work in an environment filled with sugar coated popcorn, candy, tater tots, loaded fried and bagels and I am unfazed by this. - You can keep Keto simple, you don’t have to make a lot of crazy stuff. - It’s so strange to NOT be hungry all the time. Love that! - I do need to incorporate more types of exercise. I can do it!
Pant size before 14, now 8 or 10. Top size before XL or 1X, now Medium. I have lost a bra band size and down a cup size. I used to want breast reduction surgery, down I don’t need it!
I surpassed my original goal by 20 pounds. And more importantly, I have kept it off for 3 months. And while I am not exactly where I want to be, I know that I can refocus and get there! Keto rocks!
