doing what I love.
officially accepted into Central Michigan University’s BFA Studio program! the following message slightly resembles an award acceptance speech.
after long deliberation and frustratedly floating between graphic design and studio work, I am making the decision to focus on the studio side for the duration of my college career. I will continue taking a few graphic design classes and learning the digital side of things, but my deep love for art thrives most in working with my hands. thankful for the patience shown by my professors for helping me think through this and figuring out the direction to launch into that best fits me.
also thankful for those around me, both challenging me and for their encouragement. it’s been a hard school year, but cheers to a brighter one ahead. I’m super excited! cannot express that enough.
If the Wright brothers didn't smile at the challenge of gravity and then smoked it for breakfast, there wouldn't have been anything called the aeroplane.
Don't let challenges cripple you...smile when they show up, give them a warm hug and then smoke them for breakfast.
We received bad news last night about our beloved Bar Sitton. Bar fought an incredible battle against cancer, for the last 10 years. He joined us on the 2010 West Coast Dream Trip and entered our hearts forever.
The battle maybe lost but your spirit will live on forever 😇
We will never forget you and are so proud of the man you became. Rest In Peace 🙏❤️😔
