Catching onto the royal wedding fever and how delicious the cake sounded lemon and elderflower 😍😍😍😍 I could never make anything so famcy but I loved the flavour combo- so quintessentially spring. So whilst we watched the highlights on bbc I knocked up this lemon and elderflower drizzle cake. It's light, super moist and has such a delicate yet satisfying taste. 
Its gluten free dairy free and low fodmap and delish

La MOUSSE ES DE MANGO Y REMOLACHA y por aquí me han dicho que si no me importa comprar cacharritos de cristal un poco más grandes que al igual que los petit sues a mi me daban dos!!😂😂
El sabor espectacular!! Yo es que soy fanaddict del mango así que era imposible que no me gustase!Y la textura de escándalo!!Claro, me da por mezclar las cosas que más me gustan y los inventos salen cada vez mejor!!!

Y es tan fácil como triturar un mango  bien maduro, 7 fresas (las que tenía), una remolacha cocida (1h aprox a fuego lento en un cazo con agua) y la parte grasa de una lata de leche de coco. Yo le añadí tres cucharadas de chía (me encanta masticar las bolitas!)Y a macerar toda la noche en la nevera(esa que no tengo si!! Pero que en el fresco del trastero ha valido😂😂😂). Y sinceramente hacedlo por que está de muerte!!!!!😋😋😋😋

I always get excited to share a recipe with you, but sometimes I say I should have waited and tested some more.

My Date/Halawa recipe needed some more work so I revised it and made minor changes to it!

Here you go:

1 cup of pitted dates soaked 5 minutes in hot water
4 to 5 tbsps of water 
1/4 cup of Halawa, plain or with chocolate
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of oat flour or any flour you like. I used gluten free oat flour.

Old fashioned rolled oats or rye flakes as much as you see is enough. 
NOTE: Start with 1/3 cup and add according to how much oats or flakes you want in your biscuit.

After soaking your dates remove from the water and squeeze. Put in a blender adding 4 tablespoons of the Date water and Halawa. Pulse until soft. Add the flour and pinch of salt. Mix again
Remove and put in a bowl. Add the oat flakes and mix.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Flatten a little.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Put oven on lowest heat with door slightly open and keep them in to dehydrate, I think they stayed in around 30 to 40 minutes I'm not sure!  You can start with 30 minutes and feel your cookies. They should become kind of dry in and out at the end of the process.
Before taking them out put some dark chocolate or Halawa on top and let it melt a little.

NOTE: I bought a dehydrator today that I will be using for many of my upcoming recipes as I am taking a "Raw desserts"course that will need lots of dehydrating😋

SOUPE CHINOISE 🍜😉 Un plat complètement improvisé avec ce qu’il y avait dans le frigo et les placards. C’est-à-dire des oignons nouveaux, du tofu doré à la poêle des tagliatelles de riz et du bouillon de légumes. Le tout préparé au wok assaisonné de sauce tamari, c’était un vrai régal 😋

Ik wilde een keer crackers maken en zat overal te kijken voor een lekker recept en toen dacht ik.... Ik maak lekker mijn eigen recept met zaden  die ik in huis heb. 
Havermout, Pompoenpitten, lijnzaad, sesamzaad, Chia zaad, Honing, water en Olie. 
Ik heb ongeveer 125 gram havermout in een kom gedaan met de rest van de zaden ( van alles gewoon een handje. Lekker een el honing een el olie en 90 ml water erbij, laat dit even een half uurtje staan. Vervolgens op de bakplaat plat maken en 25 minuten op 180 graden in de oven. Als je de plaat uit de oven gehaald kan je ze in stukken snijden. Eu cozinhei a abóbora sem a casca, com alho, cebola roxa e um pedacinho de gengibre. Fui colocando água aos poucos até cozinhar bem e a água reduzir bastante (quase secar). .
Após cozinhar, retirei o pedaço do gengibre e usei um mixer (ou liquidificador) para misturar bem e deixar um creme bem lisinho.

Levei ao fogo e acrescentei sal do Himalaia, cúrcuma, pimenta do reino, noz moscada, canela em pó e reguei bastante azeite. .
Por cima, coloquei cogumelos Paris refogadinho no azeite com alho, cebola, sal e temperinhos (usei alecrim e um pouquinho de pimenta do reino). 😉

Hello Breakfast!!!! Me he sacado de la manga esta receta de pancakes 0% harinas y sin lactosa y están más ricas de lo que me pensaba. Ah! Y mi café solo con mantequilla. 
La pinta no es lo que se llama atractiva, pero oye! La belleza está en el interior, no?! .Sigo sin saber muy bien si el plátano entra dentro de los límites de la dieta Keto.... Quizás lo estoy haciendo bastante mal... Ayuda!
Os dejo la receta aquí. Ya me diréis si la probáis.

Pancakes 0%Harina 100%Sanas:
- 3 claras de huevo;
- 2 plátanos pequeños;
- Stevia al gusto;
- Extracto de Vainilla (o no);
- Semillas de chía.

Batir las claras a punto de nieve. Añadir los plátanos, previamente machacados, las semillas de chía, la stevia, la vainilla, escamas de dragón, sangre de una virgen, y si te queda, añade un poco de arte.
Calentar bien la sartén con un poco de mantequilla y ale! A disfrutar!

Bocadillo de lomo recién hecho para almorzar... Sin filtros, que poca falta le hace! Que rico porfavor... Tener una panadería sin gluten cerca del trabajo y a precios bastante aceptables es un placer, aunque la operación bikini se va a ir al garete😋
Este pan es de avena, trigo sarraceno y maíz (si no me equivoco) y me he llevado otro sólo de maíz que está súper crujiente. Además, las empanadillas de pollo con bechamel (sin lactosa) y los croissant de choco (tb sin lactosa) son una delicia!!! @santaamaliasingluten

Total fiber per 1 serving: 4 gram
Total calories per 1 serving: 260 kkal
Total carbohydrates per 1 serving: 10 gram
Total fat per 1 serving: 11 gram
Total protein per 1 serving: 30 gram

Bahan:
80 gr @FiberCreme
800 gr ayam kampong, potong menjadi 8 bagian
200 gr pepaya muda, potong tipis
50 ml minyak (untuk menumis)
1 btg serai
3 lbr daun jeruk
1000 ml air
¼ sdt garam

Bumbu Halus:
5 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdt lada bubuk
3 bh cabai rawit
1 sdt kunyit bubuk

Langkah:
1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum
2. Tambahkan air 1.000 ml, masukkan @FiberCreme, lalu masak hingga mendidih
3. Masukkan ayam yang sudah dipotong menjadi 8 bagian, masak kurang lebih 15 menit atau hingga ayam empuk.
4. Tambahkan irisan pepaya, masak hingga sedikit lunak dan bumbu meresap
5. Angkat dan sajikan

Pancake vegani e gluten free🥞
Per chi ama i pancake ma non ama sentire nominare le uova di prima mattina  o per chi semplicemente non mangia proteine animali ho ideato questa ricetta prendendo ispirazione da vari siti vegani e cercando di impiegare il più breve tempo possibile (15 minuti😏). Per preparare 3 pancake come in foto unite in una ciotola 3 cucchiai di farina di ceci, 1 cucchiaio di fecola di patate, 1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci (o di bicarbonato con qualche goccia di limone). Girare il tutto e aggiungere gradualmente del latte di soia, quanto basta per creare una consistenza cremosa. 
Versarne 3/4 cucchiai per volta in una padella antiaderente leggermente unta con olio e cuocere su entrambi i lati. 
Io non ho usato dolcificanti per l’impasto perché utilizzo il latte di soia #alpro in cui c’è già un po’ di fruttosio. In ogni caso potete aggiungere un cucchiaio di zucchero nell’impasto, meglio se di cocco. 
Io li ho conditi con miele di arancio e kiwi. Ottimi e sazianti! ~

For 3 pancakes: mix in a bowl 3 chickpea flour tablespoons, 1 potato starch tablespoon, 1 baking powder teaspoon (or bicaborbonate with drops of lemon juice). Add soy milk to make it creamy. Pour 3 tablespoon for each pancake and cook it in a oil greased no stick pan.
You can add a sugar tablespoon to the dough or/and drizzle with honey and fresh fruit on the top. .
