sculpture «  Cristallisation Vitamine B2 » André Lasserre vers 1963 ( col. S. Clot ). Ma premiere sculpture de ce grand Monsieur. André Lasserre étudie l’architecture auprès de Mallet-Stevens et August Perret 1918-1921. Elève d’Antoine Bourrelée 1921-1925. Rencontre avec les surréalistes, Aragon, Breton, Desnos, Ernst,….. Se lie d’amitié avec Giacometti, Lipchitz, Zadkine, Gabo,…. Puis Antonin Artaud, Barrault, Derain et Soutine. Première expo. en 1926 galerie Zborowski. Participe au salon des Tuileries. Installe son atelier rue Broca à Paris 1929. Participe à l’exposition de la sculpture contemporaine en France, galerie Georges Petit 1934. Membre actif de la maison de la culture avec Leger, Lurçat, Pignon,…. Installe son atelier impasse Ronsin, se lie d’amitié avec son voisin d’atelier Constantin Brancusi. Déporté au camp de Dachau 1945. Séjour à Marseille puis rentre sur Lausanne et se lie d’amitié avec Léo Fiaux et Casimir Raymond 1951. Exposition de la sculpture suisse à Bienne 1954. Plusieurs expos. personnelles, invité par Max Bill à concevoir une sculpture pour la cour des arts de l’expo. nationale de 1964. Esse pente esculpido em marfim no século 15 pode ser visto no Kunstgewerbemuseum de Berlim (o equivalente alemão de um museu de artes e ofícios). O pente exposto traz cenas bíblicas esculpidas tanto no verso quanto na frente. O lado exposto mostra a Adoração dos três reis magos, um tema, que graças à tradição iconográfica bizantina, se combina com o próprio motivo do nascimento de Jesus. No outro lado do pente, que infelizmente não podemos ver no museu, foi esculpida a Anunciação à Maria pelo anjo Gabriel. "VESSEL MADE FROM FOOD WASTE - FOOD REVOLUTION 5.0 IN BERLIN"

Two of my projects, FOOD WASTE WARE, which was my graduation work from RCA, and its sequel brand-new project ANIMA (the photo) are displayed in the exhibition "Food Revolution 5.0 - Design for the Society of Tomorrow" at Kunstgewerbemuseum (Museum of Applied Arts) of @staatlichemuseenzuberlin in Berlin, Germaney.

The exhibition started on 18th of May and runs through 30th of September 2018.

You can find various containers, which are made from food waste, from both collections at the show.

I made them with hope to serve visitors an opportunity of reflecting their customs of daily consumption.

Today, we celebrate the first World Bee Day to raise awareness of the insects’ importance and warn about their dwindling numbers. 
We already spotted some bees in the urban orchard meadow in front of our #Kunstgewerbemuseum. The 80 apple trees are part of the exhibition "Food Revolution 5.0", which is dealing with questions of how will we eat in the future? And what will we eat, given the dwindling resources of our growth-driven society? More infos 👉 link in bio. .

Two of my projects, FOOD WASTE WARE, which was my graduation work from RCA, and its sequel brand-new project ANIMA (the photo) are displayed in an exhibition "Food Revolution 5.0 - Design for the Society of Tomorrow" at Kunstgewerbemuseum (Museum of Applied Arts) of Staatlichemuseenzuberlin in Berlin, Germaney.

The containers of Anima are made out of food waste same as the previous work, but with addition of Urushi (Japanese lacquer). Would serving food on these tableware make consumers re-aware of what they are eating is? I hope this project serves an opportunity of reflecting their customs of daily consumption.

Jeweils am dritten Samstag im Mai findet der #CultureFreedomDay  📅 statt, also heute. Ein passendes Datum für einen Blick 👁 auf das Berliner #Kulturforum , zu welchem mehrere Museen gehören. Es liegt zwischen #Landwehrkanal  🛶 und #PotsdamerPlatz  🌇 im Ortsteil #Tiergarten  🐘 im #BezirkMitte  und wird durch die #PotsdamerStraße  🏘 geteilt, die Teil der #Bundesstraße1  🇩🇪1️⃣ ist. Die #Bebauung  🏗 des ehemaligen gründerzeitlichen Villenviertels am südlichen ⬇️ Rand des Tiergartens war bereits unter den #Nationalsozialisten  im Rahmen der geplanten Umgestaltung Berlins zur #WelthauptstadtGermania  😡großflächig abgerissen worden. Weitere Zerstörungen brachte der Zweite Weltkrieg 💣. Nach der #Enttrümmerung  verblieb isoliert die #Matthäuskirche  ⛪ am #Matthäikirchplatz . Der Wettbewerb „#Hauptstadt  #Berlin “ von 1958 führte zu der Überlegung, in #WestBerlin  🐻 am Rand des Tiergartens ein neues kulturelles Zentrum zu errichten. Es sollte zusammen mit dem historischen Zentrum im Ostteil der Stadt die Mitte eines künftigen #GesamtBerlin  bilden und Teil von einem in Ost-West-Richtung ↔️ verlaufenden #Kulturband  sein. Zum Kulturforum Berlin gehören die #NeueNationalgalerie  🎏, die #Gemäldegalerie  🖼, das #Kupferstichkabinett  🔪, das #Kunstgewerbemuseum  🎀, das #MusikinstrumentenMuseum  🥁, die #Philharmonie  🎻 und der #Kammermusiksaal  🎼, die #Staatsbibliothek  📚, das #IberoAmerikanischesInstitut  🗺, das #Wissenschaftszentrum  🔬und das geplante #MuseumderModern  💡.

A place where humans come to learn about, become comfortable with, and eventually take part in Autogastronomy (the art of flavouring yourself well for other species).

ANTHROAQUAPONICS SYSTEM where fish feed on the dead skin cells of human feet, and in turn provide nutrients for a plant growing system.

SAPROPHYTIC SUPPER: 24 HOUR BUFFET — where humans can examine the microorganisms that feast on our skin cells.

MOTH BAR — where human visitors can come to use specialized tools and practices designed to help them shed tears for thirsty moths.

FAT FLAVOURING LAB — where R&D in flavouring fat, skin, blood, sweat, and pee happens.
.
ALTERGASTRONOMY VR room where people can embody a wolf devouring a jogger or a microorganism searching for food in the human gut. .
ROOFTOP GARDEN BURIAL — a site where a few trillion lucky microorganisms get to consume the remains of deceased humans.

To Flavour Our Tears is an experimental restaurant that places humans back into the food chain by investigating the human body as a food source for other species. .
Using a tear-drinking species of moth as jumping off point, TO FLAVOUR OUR TEARS asks: How do you taste to the small organisms that consume parts of you everyday, and every last bit of you when you die? How can humans manipulate their bodies, diet & emotions to change their own flavour? What are the culinary properties of human biomass, and what are the gustatory preferences of insects, microbes and other organisms that consume humans?

MOTH BAR — where human visitors can come to use specialized tools and practices designed to help them shed tears for thirsty moths. .
