Here's a video of the medieval belt I finished last week. I know I should really post some modern jewellery, but I'm all medieval all the time until I go away next Tuesday. Plus, I'm still not over this belt.
Sneak peek to one of the scenes from one of my major personal projects that will be featured in my upcoming 3D Generalist 2018 portfolio reel. Lost track as to how long it took me to do everything from modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing. I utilized the efficient dual processing power of both of my old Alienware laptops to render all the one thousand plus frames for this one scene. Each frame took eleven minutes to render which took over a week to render everything non stop which totaled in around 80GB to transfer over to my main master computer for post production. Composting the different render passes and post process effect for each shot was eye candy. Everything from the lens blur, noise, color correction, chromatic aberration, heat wave distortion, etc. were accounted for to achieve photorealism. Might upload this particular scene as a snippet from my reel in a few days if i’m in a good mood.
