Slow cooked Greek style lamb for dinner tonight...😋
Rub leg of lamb in salt and ground black pepper, make slits in the joint and crush some garlic cloves into the meat. Brush with olive oil on a sprig (or two) of rosemary. Put a little stock or white wine in the bottom of the pan then cover with foil and cook for 1 hour..
