I was up exactly one pound on the scale this morning and I'm not surprised. I'm not usually bothered by small daily fluctuations.
We'll see how far my body will go as it gets its metabolism revving up again.
Today's meals consisted of:
-mild Italian sausage with Dijon mayo, buttered spinach, egg and black coffee
-Golden Smoked Herring filets with cheese
-macadamia nut and Fatso peanut butter, ricotta pudding

I had to change up a meal for today. I discovered that hubby ate the leftover pork belly I planned for tonight so I had to do a quick substitution. 👍
Overall, I felt good today. My stomach is still unsettled a little, I believe from the larger fat content. Hopefully it will get accustomed to it quickly!
This degree of tracking brings me back to the good 'Ole days when I first started keto. I find it comforting and challenging at the same time to nail my macros spot on. 😊

Dinner tonight was sirloin topped with butter with a side of zucchini, onion and enoki mushroom. Spent the night portioning out snacks for my trip tomorrow. And yes, I plan on eating an avocado at the airport 🤷🏻♀️
