6PM on a Saturday, I’m already in my sweats and I’ve resorted to using a spoon to eat my Egg Roll in a Bowl so I can literally shove it in my mouth faster.

Totally just winged this one. Ended being a little cauliflower curry...because I added too much coconut cream so added so added spices to make it not too coconutty!! Also has cream cheese and thickened cream in the mix 😋. Definitely one to add to the list of healthy winter comfort food!
One of those days 🤷🏻♀️ exhaustion leads to poor choices. It’s so important to take care of your mind and body. I worked Saturday school and felt like a zombie. Drove home and was so exhausted I almost fell asleep at the wheel. That’s not healthy! I am thankful that I took a step back and stopped my eating today before I sabotaged, but I should’ve taken care of my mental health more this week. Landed at 1300 calories and 13 net carbs from chocolate today and not gonna sweat it!🙏🏼 •
My goals this week:
• in bed by 8:30pm
•meal prep lunches tomorrow (did great at this last week! My salads were good all week!)
•drink 1/2 gallon+ water per day.
These goals will help build healthy habits that allow me to be the best I can be! I’m determined not to feel how I do today again next weekend! •

not going to lie & i really don’t like posting bad reviews but...lunch was a disappointment. the food was bland, salmon was undercooked, salad was overdressed, portions were small on entrees & on top of it, it was overpriced for what we got. 😏
