M2 - braised beef with greens, spices, and avocado. I use a fermented coconut vinegar as a dressing
M3 - crack, err, I mean coconut mana. 1 tbsp fat bomb baby
M4 - wild salmon with raw rapini and avocado

Totals - 10g net carbs, 51g fat, 39g protein, and the meek 675 calories. Not even hungry, not even trying. Mind you, I only walked 5000 steps today and overate yesterday. Usually nothing could kill my appetite. Keto has. .

I've never been big on lunch. A good breakfast usually satiates me until just a few hours before dinner, so if I want to sit down and have lunch, it's too much food. If I'm not sitting down to a proper lunch, the alternative is unhealthy snacks. I think I've finally found the perfect thing: smoked salmon keto fat bombs. A mixture of smoked salmon, cream cheese, butter, dill, pink Himalayan salt and pepper, this satisfies my salt and savory cravings. I make a batch, and depending on my hunger level, I scoop out up to 2 1/2 tablespoons onto a plate. Smeared onto bunches of arugula/baby lettuce mix, which keeps the carb count low and cuts the richness of the salmon, I get a nice crunch, too. This is the perfect light lunch...for me.

This is a hard post for me but I have to share this before and after pic. 
The weight has crept back on in the last four years but it wasn’t until I pulled up the old progress pics from Instagram that reality hit me. I’m wearing the same shirt once loose now tight and almost 40lbs heavier 
I have 2 choices 
Cry all day and drown my sorrow in peanut butter and chocolate maybe tacos and fries too or I can continue with Orange theory Fitness plus KETO diet and get back to being healthy. 
I’m choosing health and life. Too many around me having strokes and severe health issues. If I lose weight on my journey— great. But for now it has to be about choosing to age in a healthy quality way.

The usual for breakfast minus the cheese. I've been pretty good about not weighing myself every day but.. I did this morning and I was expecting to see some change but there was none.

I've been flipping between the same 2 numbers for what feels like 2 weeks now. It's frustrating when you think you're doing ok and you see the scale go UP instead.. 😧

I've been under a lot of stress and I haven't been getting enough water or cardio the last week so that could be a factor.. but I'm also going to cut out tomatoes completely and either cut cheese entirely or limit the amount? I don't even know anymore. I know this tends to happen but I honestly don't feel like I've made any progress for a while now. 
Today was the first time I genuinely felt like quitting 😧😧😧 .

Plus the fathead recipe I have is beyond delicious and ever since starting this diet I’ve had to cook so much more which is amazing because I’m learning new recipes😊 who can relate?

🥓 See, I don't meal plan or meal prep, because just the thought of it gives me anxiety. However, I do have a rotation list of meals I have made and we liked as a family. When I go grocery shopping, I look at what I already have and then on this list and make a mental note of a few meals I want to make during the week and then make the shopping list. Then I randomly decide what I want to make based on where I am with my day - the kids, work, schedules, how I feel, etc. Any more planning than that, and I give up in an anxiety attack. Am I the only weirdo like this?

It’s cold, it’s rainy, it’s just yucky outside and I am exhausted, these things totally call for soup! Taco soup is one of my favorites, normally my taco soup has corn, beans, etc but to keep it keto, no beans, no corn. 
I did use ground turkey because it’s what I have but it’s just ground turkey, half an onion, chicken broth, rotel, cream cheese, taco seasoning, sour cream and cheddar cheese alllllll mixed together 😍

Tonight I tried a recipe from @KetoConnect, Low Carb Fettuccine Alfredo. Shrimp is something fairly new to my palette, I wouldn’t say I love it persay but it’s okay and I can tolerate it, the fake noodles, nope, couldn’t do it! The Alfredo sauce was good but between the shrimps texture and the texture of the noodles I just couldn’t.

I made chicken and mushrooms for the family over egg noodles, I stole some of their chicken and had that with my salad instead.

Day 5.
I haven’t really eaten today, I’ve just been so busy! I did eat some sausage earlier. I’m starving right now!

Low carb meatloaf, I tricked my family and used pork rinds instead of crackers or breadcrumbs like I usually do. Although the meatloaf was okay I don’t think I’ll do that again. The pan was SO GREASY and oddly enough the meatloaf seemed dry to me and didn’t hold well.

The cauliflower was a major win, even my cauliflower disliking hubby!

My first #bulletproofcoffee, just to try it out I took @dont.weight.up’s advice and used heavy whipping cream, @kerrygoldusa butter and my immersion blender. It was okay. No sweeteners as I don’t use sweeteners in my coffee usually - I save that for creamer. This definitely needs a little something! I also learned you need to drink it fast. I’m not sure how I feel about this yet and I can’t decide after just one, but I didn’t like that in the end my lips were greasy 😂 #youvegotthis
