Roasting all the veggies for dinner and the next day or so. The way I see it is, I’m roasting some for dinner, might as well roast all of them because then they are made and seriously the worst thing is buying all the veggies and having them go bad in the fridge!
I toss all my veggies in olive oil and salt and then I add a little avocado mayo to them when they are done.
Broke a very long prayer fast with a bbq cheeseburger, salami & Claussen pickle spears. @ghughessugarfree hickory bbq sauce is the bomb!! Enjoying my meal with some iced sun tea off the deck. It was a gorgeous Ohio day. (Although now I hear thunder. Crap.)
