Hearing some awesome feedback from my Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies! They look yummy @modern_vixen 🤤Have you tried them yet? They are Fab-u-lous 😍😍 🔻KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 🔻
2 c almond flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/3 c butter, softened
1/2 c Swerve sweetener
1/2 c monkfruit sweetener (...or use all Swerve)
2 T heavy cream
1 t vanilla
1/2 bag Lily’s Chocolate Chips
1. Whisk almond flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
2. Cream together the butter and sugar substitutes. Beat in egg. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients plus the chocolate chips. Mix together. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
4. Scoop into 1 inch balls on a parchment lined baking tray. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes (depending on how cold your dough was). Bake until edges are browned. Let rest on baking tray for 2 minutes then transfer to cooling rack. .
