I have always figured my macros based off my protein. Women should be eating between 50-75 grams of protein a day, so your fat grams will be equal to or greater than your protein. And carbs are 20 grams or lower a day. I don’t always track but I use the Stupid Simple Keto @ssketoapp when I do. ————————
My diet consists of meats, veggies, and healthy fats. I don’t eat sugar (rarely eat the Keto approved alternatives) or grains. It’s simple. I think people get a different idea of this way of eating when they hear high fat and it freaks them out. But eating real food isn’t scary 😊

Real talk...I legit ate my feelings yesterday. I had a “cheat day” 🤪packed full of “cheat meals” 🍕&🍦😱🤭). And now I’m bloated, gained 2 lbs, and feel like crap. But guess what? Mistakes happen. 🤷🏻♀️ Move on. And that’s exactly what I’m doing. 👌🏻 I have also been procrastinating on adding workouts to my health plan. 😣 Why? What excuse would you like? I’m a single mom. I work full time. There isn’t enough time in the day. Well, today I’m making time. 💪🏻 And I will be doing the same tomorrow and the next day and the next day. 📆 Because I’m done being a procrastinating mess. I want results. 🧜🏻♀️ I want to feel good in my skin. 👯♀️ I want to be healthy. 🏃🏻♀️ So today I started day 1 of P90X. Not gonna lie, I had to do some modifications to some of the moves. But I did not give up. I did not walk away. I did the full hour and I feel amazing!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 No more excuses. Happy Friday ya’ll! 😆

•cook/reheat rotisserie chicken in the bacon fat
•add in crumbled bacon
•toss with 2T ranch dressing
•add 1oz shredded cheddar, 1oz mozzarella, & cover until melted
•top with avocado & serve with Oh Snap! Hottie Bites because you know what’s what.
