Everything we have been told about red meat and fats has been a lie for the most part. Every study conducted on red meat consumption has been twisted to fit a agenda. They never tell you about all the carbs and shit people ate with the meat when they conducted the studies. #meatheals
I just can’t believe that in 3 months I was able to lose 50 pounds. I never thought I could accomplish this task. Been working very hard and have had a lot of days where I wanted to give up, but alas.... I DID IT! Only 10 pounds away from the original goal I set for myself!
Whole Foods is a great option if you can stay disciplined when building your bowl! We go with a spinach base with eggs, bacon, cheese and either the blue cheese / ranch / Parmesan peppercorn dressings and then top it with the brisket, a pinch of pork and the charred green beans and broccoli. It’s a micronutrient packed fat bowl!! 🤙
I’ve been getting questions and concerns about being in keto for a long time or as a permanent lifestyle. I personally have adapted a keto lifestyle where I’m making sure I’m not going above my carb limit and ensuring I’m getting adequate amounts of good essential fats and moderate protein intake. It has almost become second nature in my food choices.
As long as you’re not fluctuating in and out of keto or in other words having a full day full of carbs then this is a great healthy lifestyle. If you are having carbs you still want to keep your carb intake low for the day, just don’t increase fats the times you do have some carbs. Keep them low and get back into keto the next day following a food break/12-16 hour fast.

The present study shows the beneficial effects of a long-term ketogenic diet. It significantly reduced the body weight and body mass index of the patients. Furthermore, it decreased the level of triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and blood glucose, and increased the level of HDL cholesterol. Administering a ketogenic diet for a relatively longer period of time did not produce any significant side effects in the patients. Therefore, the present study confirms that it is safe to use a ketogenic diet for a longer period of time than previously demonstrated.

Finally back at work on a normal schedule!! And it felt so good 🙌 Had my waffles and chicken burgers for the first time this week. The chicken burgers are awesome and really don’t need much with them. I had a little bit of beer mustard on the side that I had found at @aldiusa. Delicious!
