This 1 min keto cheesecake was aweful!! There's 2oz cr cheese, 2oz cream blended with 1 egg sweetener & vanilla. I should have known better!! Microwaved - it was a curdled texture and tasted like egg custard except lumpy... ewww. #ketofail

This was just a random thought I didn't execute very well, lol. I wanted to use up the last of my spinach and I had thawed out some chicken breast. So I figured I'd do chicken breast stuffed with a spinach/cream cheese/mozzarella mixture. This was not a winner, guys lol. Sooo.... maybe I've been misunderstanding Keto for 4 months.. But I thought Cane Sugar would NOT help put me into Ketosis and therefore I would NOT get Ketosis benifits... .

To be honest this really pisses me off! I can just see that person who is struggling and wants to try Keto but hasn't researched it yet. They see this product and dont review the ingredients.. 2 prime rib burger patties with mustard, olive oil mayo and medium cheddar cheese, 2 baby dill pickles and 6oz of baby carrots with a ranch and mayo dipping sauce, with added chia seeds 😊
Today was a bad day for me on the food front. My meals were ok (dinner was a quarter chicken dinner with a side Ceasar salad from Swiss Chalet, and lunch was 2 all beef wieners, cheese, pickles and pepperoni with some mayo) but I've had way too many mini Mars bars and Ruffles chips 😔 gotta stop treating myself. I really do. Suggestions for reducing cravings for sugary starchy stuff would be appreciated.

Everyone posts these great keto snacks that look delicious. This is reality for me today with a keto snack fail. Tried to make pepperoni chips. Let them in too long or set them at too high a temp. Probably both. #ketofail
Not happy with my meal choice tonight. Went out with the family and had sushi! Was very upset with myself for giving in!!! Stuffed jalapeños these were fried I did have the piece that didn’t have the breading but honestly not sure what I put into my mouth. Suffice to say I did have sushi which was a big fail! Hence the rice but I know what I did wrong and I will be back on the ball tomorrow!!!!!
