I never met a taco salad I didn’t like😍 it has been a hot minute since I’ve had this dish! I’ve missed it for sure. Peep the scale in the back! That’s how I make sure my macros are on point. I use PC hot taco seasoning (half packet), I’ve posted a picture of the macros a little while back! I cook up a pound of beef and I get between 4-5 portions cooked out of it! Topped with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and franks red hot sauce. Yum!🌮🥗
Broke my fast with this beauty from @awcanada ! Guac teen burger on a lettuce wrap! Love that more places are doing lettuce wraps at no extra charge, but @awcanada has done it from the beginning😛 now I’ve gotta figure out what’s for dinner! The struggles are real over here😂
Broke my 20hour fast with these babies🤤 fasted for longer than usual today! I just wasn’t hungry, so I listened to my body and just went on with my day. Got my nails done, got a massage, and went shoe shopping! Overall, a successful day that ended with buffalo butter wings😍. Big question: FLATS OR DRUMS??? I’m a flats gal😎
Dinner tonight is Coconut Curry Pasta courtesy of @ketokrate. The May Keto Krate included the ingredients and recipe for this delicious dinner, including @caveshake Fat Pack and @palmini_pasta Linguini. We paired it with zucchini fresh from our garden and chicken from a local farm and wow! This was awesome!
Chicken tenders with cauliflower “mac” and cheese tonight! And some copycat low carb chik fil a sauce to top it off courtesy of @yogagardenfl! Was in the mood for something fun and this was definitely some comfort food. Used almond meal, ranch dressing mix and grated parm to for breading for the chicken, sprayed w olive oil and baked in the oven. People are always like omg keto is so restrictive how can you deprive yourself of all these things?? But there is literally no deprivation happening here!
My dad calls these “vertical burgers”😂

My wife is a miraculous woman. Not only is that the right description of her general being, but this woman is an amazing mother who our children adore, she is going to school (& crushing it), teaching part time, tackling her own health goals (Keto too!), but she puts up with me which of that is all she did, it would earn her so much praise. I am a blessed man to call her my wife!
I share these sentiments because I just want more people to know how lucky 🍀I got when she said “I do,” but also to give her a shout out in this pic!! It’s incredible right?! So check this out...the lovely @bizharv does not fancy herself a good cook. Mostly because she is not inspired to do so, or doesn’t have the energy to use her imagination, (who could blame her, it’s not like she has very much going on right?! 😳😳). She usually just helps me plate the food and get good lighting, & all that. However, since she started Keto, that has started to change too!!
I was working late in my office and unbeknownst to me, my daughter, the lovely Miss Scarlett, called me out for dinner. When I got there, THIS is what I saw before me!!! Like what?!? Not only did it take a heck of a photo, but it was delicious, AND she made the dry rub herself! She will tell you that it was inspired by our neighbor’s dry rub and that may be true, but he doesn’t bottle it...she put this together on her own! *jaw hits the floor*

Nuts for nuts🥜(particularly pecans). These guys are a great way to get in some healthy fats, just try not to overindulge ... they can add up in calories! That’s why I pre measure and package mine up in baggies.
After experimenting I found that I tolerate pretty well a moderate amount of nuts. This was my post salad dessert today - yoghurt with a little xylitol, ground toasted nuts and a handful of blueberries.
