Craving cinnamon rolls so.....I made a keto cinnamon roll scone. 😍
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons stevia
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 large egg
1/2 cup melted ghee/coconut butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped raw pecans
I mixed all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
Then one by one added the wet ingredients.
Then formed them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkled a little more cinnamon on top and baked at 350’F for 15 mins.
