This is my go to easy meal! CRUSTLESS KETO PIZZA 🍕🍕🍕
So easy and so fast!
I spray my pan w/ coconut oil, and set my heat to medium high. I then take a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese and shape into a circle in the pan. Once it starts to melt I top w/ a teaspoon full of organic pizza sauce, and of course you can forget the pepperoni! I watch the edges until they brown and then set pizza on a plate to cool and harden a bit. Then I top it with ranch (yes I’m one of THOSE people😂) and enjoy! It seriously tastes just like pizza and hits the spot perfectly 🤤 Try it for yourself!
I’ve been having so much fun making healthy meals that are delicious, quick, and yummy! This salad took me under 15 minutes to make.
1️⃣ Cook ground beef (or turkey, chicken, tofu) in coconut oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and optional cayenne.
2️⃣ Add greens to a plate and top with the cooked meat.
3️⃣ Top it with pre-made guacamole (or avocado), sprinkle some feta cheese, and fresh lime juice (optional: add salsa)
