Monday vibes. I love to travel, especially with or to see friends. There is something magical about going away and coming back. I do not diet when I travel but I do ask myself “ is it worth it”. I also tend to exercise or be super active while away so it all seems to balance itself out. When I come home, I always feel more centered and focused. It's filled my heart with pride and happiness seeing so many people talk so openly for #mentalhealthawarenessweek 💘 we're all so strong together. I am currently on the train to Prague, and I'm over half way through my European tour! If you're feeling a little flat today, or need some love brought into your day (or even if you don't) can I suggest that you go and buy yourself some flowers. Most supermarkets do small bunches of flowers for a few pounds, or if you live near a market there'll be a flower stand. Bringing fresh flowers into my home and my room feels like an act of self love 🌺
