So it would be very easy to eat myself into a comfort food oblivion while I rest at home with my shoulder (and the last 2 days have been just that). I don’t generally worry too much about what I eat because of how much exercise I do. Perhaps this injury will do me good in terms of eating. I realise while I am not exercising I need to eat well! So a spinach, banana, apple and kiwi smoothie for breakfast and this salad for lunch.
