Today was a day I never thought I would be a part of. I competed for the first time in a fitness competition @icn_nsw . Seeing @jaycutler in person in the morning gave a boost of confidence. With @jp8_it_all @dani_iso and @rileyfarlow1 backstage It was an awesome day, and a strong experience to set me up for future competitions. Seeing insta faces from @jeff_seid and @robbieframe in their booths just topped off an awesome day in the city. Now to have a good feed, Rest and do it all again soon.

First ever *proper* run tomorrow morning. I’m as nervous as hell! Alarm set. Weather checked. Crappy gear ready! The aim is to set off before dawn (as I’ve got a busy day afterwards). I’ll try and post a photo before, during, and afterwards. I’m gonna try and run for 45 minutes, ignore distance & speed...just keep going. But yeah, nervous! Is this normal?!!! I’m going to run around Greenham Common. For those of you that don’t know, it used to be the U.S. nuclear missile base in Europe. Now it’s natural parkland...with random U.S. fire hydrants in the middle of nowhere! Wish me luck!!! Eeeek!
