Shoutout to @1800contacts for seriously amazing customer service. I called about a month ago when I had TWO PAIRS of contacts left #procrastinator . A real live person answered the phone on the second ring (wow!) and was amazingly friendly and super helpful. I was a new customer and within five minutes I was all set up. I received a phone call back about 30 min later that there was an issue with my script (which ended up being my fault) but for the "inconvenience" (their words, not mine) they upgraded my shipping at no cost. I got my lenses in just a few days and all was good. And then I receive this lovely note in the mail. I mean, how much more could I ask of a company??
