Something I've always wanted to do but never really get around it. So, when I saw a friend who was attending to this booth down here in MSU, I know I should just do it.
I was actually inspired by the movie 7 pounds portrayed by Will Smith, who comitted suicide so he can saves other people. That movie was 10 years ago. Now, that I'm medical student I know for a fact how dire is the situation. Just look at the facts and figures, people really need organs. I just hope what I'm doing today would actually make a different.
Anyway if any of you guys are interested, just come to MSU level 2 today , they're open till 5 😊.

I started and ended my workout tonight feeling lethargic... BUT felt a bit better after. It's always a nice reminder when I don't eat well for a few days why nutrition is so important! In how I feel.. in my mood.. in my energy level.. in my results!
And if you're feeling like me right now, remember that 'chocolate comes from cocoa, which is a tree.. that makes it a plant.. chocolate is salad' 🥗🍫😛

The other days lil park workout to switch things up 🤙 Predominantly just a kettlebell workout with some interesting manoeuvres including this walking KB lunges with high knees and stacked it with some Turkish get ups straight after. Get uncomfortable and get sun 🌞
