Tried a small local dessert, called pardule. Pardule is a traditional Sardinian sweet, made with ricotta, saffron and citrus peel. They’re star-shaped and have a spongy and soft consistency. The pardulas are the most iconic Easter dessert of the island, but are now available throughout the year.
