Unbroken omelette (recipe below)
All the eggs brekkie!! A perfect breakfast for a high protein meal to fire you up for the day.
5 plum/cherry tomatoes cut in half
Handful of rocket, diced
A few chives, snipped short
Cook up the chorizo in a pan until they get a little crip on the edges. Take out and set aside.
Crack the eggs in the pan to make a base. Cover with a lid and cook on low until nearly set and top with everything. 😄💪
