1)..Grasp a straight bar cable attachment that is attached to a low pulley with a pronated (palms facing your thighs) grip that is slightly less than shoulder width. The bar should be resting on top of your thighs. Your arms should be extended with a slight bend at the elbows and your back should be straight. This will be your starting position.
2)...Use your side shoulders to lift the cable bar as you exhale. The bar should be close to the body as you move it up. Continue to lift it until it nearly touches your chin. Tip: Your elbows should drive the motion. As you lift the bar, your elbows should always be higher than your forearms. Also, keep your torso stationary and pause for a second at the top of the movement.
3)...Lower the bar back down slowly to the starting position. Inhale as you perform this portion of the movement.
4)...Repeat for the recommended amount of receptitions.

Caution: Be very careful with how much weight you use in this exercise. Too much weight leads to bad form, which in turn can cause shoulder injury. I've seen this too many times so please no jerking, swinging and cheating. Also, if you suffer from shoulder problems, you may want to stay away from upright rows and substitute by some form of lateral raises.
Variations: This exercise can also be performed using a straight or e-z bar. Another variation is to use dumbbells, though this later exercise should be reserved by the most advanced people that are well familiarized with correct execution

Well this Review took a lot of time this is an old review as we had not started to pen my thoughts my dishes on a platform like this and we did not have such a supportive group to share that we do now, So this is an Experience of 2017 of My Birthday.

Very well located right behind the Taj on one side & The Iconoic Mondegar / Regal bylane called Battery Street(yes thats the real name) a lane that would not be spot in otherwise near Colaba Causeway "ALL STIR FRY" is in Gordon House Hotel & thus offers Valley Service.

The ambience of this place is rather so magnificent the restaurant seating is spread over a large area very nicely spread.

Decision to go to Ala Carte or Wok there was no Debate we went for the Wok. As the Wok is the best of both worlds as u can make a starter by just not adding Rice/Noodles to your bowl and later going for a Main with it, by just adding ur choice of Meat or Veggies just select your choice of sauce 5 mins in the Wok Viola your Dish is Created. 
Coming to the taste of the dish it ain't like other places where the food may or may not turn good depends in the hands of the creator.

Here the creator yes that's you 🤔 The reason being while preparing the Wok the Customer yes us is supposed to Add or Subtract the Sauces the ingredients as well so yes who knows are taste buds better than ourselves. 
Everything turned out pretty well and we get a feeling of fullfilment & happiness. 
Really enjoyed the Wok Concept here its one of a kind, on an Average a good eater can take around 4-5 helpings with ample meat and veggies should fill you up and yes its unlimited so Enjoy to your Hearts Content. ~Erik Baji Treasuryvala

How to work on muscle imbalance. Muscle imbalance is when for instance on leg that is stronger than the other. Instead of working on both legs at the same time you perform single leg exercices. This helps to correct the imbalance, at the same it works on balance and core as well... whoop whoop. For the purpose of this video I am only showing you a few reps on one leg but you should do 20 reps each leg for each exercice and repeat as you wish.

Got out on the trail this morning and it was the fudging awesome! I’ve been waiting all week to get a nice trail run in. Running on the treadmill just isn’t the same as being out in nature.

Crushed 5 miles up and down storm king mountain and I sweat my ass off. It was hard but I pushed through and I feel great right now.

International chest day with lex was awesome as usual. I’ve been having amazing workouts recently and they just keep getting better. It’s nice to consistently crush it at the gym and really notice my body changing. It’s only up from here just gotta keep grinding hard!
