Traditional Italiano! Very interesting, original recipes. The waiters help you choose your plates, so ask them and listen to their recommendations. With all the health stuff floating around it can seem overwhelming and hard to know where to start...Here are few small, simple things you can try focus on to make your days a lil healthier...
🔸Move your body a little everyday- small things like taking the stairs rather or walking if possible to a destination instead of driving.
🔸Reduce stress - try practice rescuing your stress either through yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, walking, massages, etc.
🔸 Try have a source of lean protein at every meal. Chicken, tuna, salmon 🔸 Don’t skip meals and try not to start your day with a very sugary food. Try a savory breakfast and see how you feel
🔸if you do get the chance to get to the gym focus on some muscle building exercises rather than just killing your self with cardio
🔸 drink lots and lots of water. Then drink some more
🔸 reduce the amount of sugar you eat you can do this easily by just taking note of what foods contain sugar and rather choose a lower sugar option
🔸 increase your leafy green intake. Spinach, Swiss chard, kale, lettuce, collard. Or buy a greens powder (many on @faithfultonature) and pop that into smoothies
🔸 your fav sweet treat- see if a healthy option exists (nowadays there’s a healthier version of everything), give it a try and if possible have that as your new treat once in a while.
🔸Be consistent & balanced as often as possible
