Pretty much a tropical fruit salad bursting with citrus and clean, grassy undertones. Sour peach and mango aromas bring on some very different characteristics to the base beer. Upon first sip, the tart fruit is very evident, but still slightly subdued from the citrus and grassy hop notes. Everything comes full circle about mid-palate when you get smacked with tart flavors of passionfruit and papaya before a dry finish leaves you with lingering notes of clean citrus, juicy and grassy hops, and just a hint of funk. This pattern is absolutely amazing! It involves structural building which is a difficult technique but don't be scared! Jhak explains everything in the simplest way to understand AND there are a lot of photo tutorials that will help you each step away 😄 I learnt so much from this pattern, especially mama Jirra's pocket and baby Joey's body. Brilliant!!
The only thing you have to remember is to prepare a lot of yarn LOL 😂 I kinda messed up when I ran out of that dusty purple yarn right after finishing mama Jirra (yes, I made the big mama first and thanks goodness I did or else she would end up having multiple colors 😂). Oh and stupid me for using discontinued color (😑) so that's why baby Joey is made in brown.
But I'm glad I messed up because it gave me an idea on decorating mama Jirra differently hehe 😆
