Total Body Core... I had a hard time with this! First day of Easter break so slept in a few hours; then, didn't want to get up and moving!

Slept in... a WHOLE 40 mins; it's not like I was actually sleeping tho! I didn't want to get out of bed but I knew I wouldn't get Cardio Flow done tonight or tomorrow. I washed all my shorts I bought last summer one size smaller than what I was! I had to put them in the dryer for a little bit! #positivelifestylechange Now to work on the next size down!

4:30a seem to come extra fast this morning... as #lilman was up alot throughout the night crying due to teeth!

Busy week this week... having to rearrange this schedule due to WPIAL's on Thursday and Friday, Ryleigh has her championships Saturday and Sunday, Jerry leaves for a trip Saturday! 😒 I'm tired just thinking about it!

Friday night workout and 2nd of the day in the books!! To be honest, yesterday was a long day and I came home and poured a glass of wine and the night was over 😴
I'm not perfect, not every day is workouts and selfies... some days we struggle.
Tonight I didn't want to finish the workout, I told myself I only had to do half since I did half in the morning... but I told that girl to suck it up! You don't see results in half effort. Sometimes you give your all and sometimes you give half... the point is that you continue to work on you. Because you're worth it! 😘
