It’s crazy how some songs feel like they were made just for you. I went through a breakup from a 4.5 year relationship last June. I was judged by people for my actions but I didn’t feel like others really understood what was going on. When I got the choreography for this song and danced it to the music it just felt such a beautiful way to express how I felt post breakup. I’m so grateful that I have dance to let my soul speak.

You 💗 doing squats but want to take some pressure off those knees. Here’s how👇🏻: 1️⃣ Stand with your back to the wall and place your stability ball between your mid and lower back.
2️⃣ Lean into the ball and walk your feet away from the wall. Your feet should be far enough away so that when you squat your knees are not falling over your toes.
3️⃣ Squat down, letting the ball roll with you. Try to come down no farther then a 90 degree knee bend. Slowly push back up.
Try two sets of 15 reps (take a 30 sec break in between each set)🙌🏼. Happy Friday everyone🎉!!
