I've been describing some things in my life in SUPER negative ways.
Does anybody else get on the Drama Train?
I know I do. I've been THE most dramatic human being the majority of my life.
I realize now it's just that I'm an extremely passionate energetic person with a constant craving to be creating and moving and growing.
But it doesn't change the fact that it can come out furiously negative.
You speak your reality every moment of every day.
ALL of your reality. Not just some of it.
In my circle the focus tends to be on money and business, but it reaches out into every area.
And what's going on in the other areas sure as hell is impacting your money and your business (if you're so inclined. If you're not an entrepreneur, let's just leave it at it's impacting your money and your career). I'm leaving my relationship off the public circuit out of respect for my Love, but I'll use my dog as an example because he's frustrating the hell out of me this morning. Peed in 3 different spots through the night that I stepped in when I woke up.
WHEN I'M BITCHING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT MY DOG ALL THE TIME MY FUCKING LIFE BECOMES POLLUTED.
Seriously. Bitching might make you feel better temporarily, but it's like eating a donut. Great in the moment but doesn't make you feel better the next day.
You just need another fix of it - another donut, another bitch session.
What makes you feel better down the road? Healthy food. And daily ACTION in your life. If you don't like something, change it. If you do like something, create more of it in your reality.
I'm not fucking Sally fucking sunshine over here 🌞, and I'm not saying that's what needs to happen in order to be successful.
But what does need to happen is stepping away from all talk - both negative and positive too, believe it or not - and stepping more into action and creating the reality that you want.
It's a cliche saying by now, but what you focus on grows. (Cont. In comments)
