I love this picture so much. I posted it recently, but I thought it appropriate for this post. I'm still relatively new to the instagram world and I'm learning the ins and outs. I am following some amazing inspirational people all over the world. I find it fascinating and curious too! When I figure out how, I will give some shout outs! Seriously, still learning!
So, back to the picture...in the background are several things that sum up who I have become, or evolved into. Mom to four, mother-in-law, grandma, and a wife to the most driven, talented, kind, and stubborn man I've ever known.
I could write a book, maybe I will someday, about our journey that led us to build our 800 ft shop, that we have, mostly happily lived in, for 5 years. And now we have embarked on a new journey of building the home we have been planning and dreaming about for more than five years. All while my husband continues to build homes for a living, and I teach kindergarten in the same classroom my husband took typing in when he was in high school!
We are so thankful for the journey God has led us on to this point. The good and bad has shaped us and molded us for whatever He has in store next. I am excited! #Godissogood#arkansasliving#kindergartenteacherlife#momlife#shopliving#buildingourdreams#onanamazingjourney#ilovemyhusband
So I get home from preschool pickup and am yelling at the kids or something and I notice someone walking up to my porch. With flowers.
And I'm like, 'whaaaa?' because really, why is there a random person bringing me flowers??? Plus I need to finish yelling at my kids to stop running around and put their lunch boxes away.
I carefully open the door. "For Ronni?" the courier guy asks. He hands me the flowers. I ask who sent them. "Oh, it's part of a film promotion thing. Someone who knows about it must have sent them to you"
I think, 'cool' and bring them inside.
And then I forget what I was yelling at the kids for because I have to research what's going on. (Note the Twitter account in the background.) It's nice to have a husband who knows about random and cool stuff. 😁
Thanks for the flowers KP and @IFeelPretty! 🌻
Differences in marriage are inevitable. You two will have disagreements. Why? Because, you are two people with different upbringings, expectations, and ways of thinking. But, there are healthy ways to express your different opinions without war breaking out in your home.

We laugh, we cry, we pray and stand together while sharing God’s love in hopes that those in our path will come to know and love God! I am so grateful and blessed to do ministry with my loving and amazing husband Billy J. Jackson! It makes life that much sweeter...❤️❤️❤️ #springmarriageretreat2018
