I am NOT a morning person.

Most days, I hit snooze once or twice. When I eventually roll out of bed, I head straight to the shower, and then I sit and have a cup of coffee while mindlessly scrolling social media for 10-15 minutes. .
I don’t even like when my husband tries to talk to me until I’ve been awake for at least an hour.

You will almost never find me setting my alarm for 4:30 to get up and workout, but sometimes it’s gotta be done.

A long day at work means there’s just no other time for me. .
Did I want to wake up? Absolutely not!

Did I want to press play? Not really.
.
But last night, I told my accountability group that the alarm was set and that this was happening.

Would they have chastised me if I said screw it and didn’t wake up? Probably not, but I wasn’t going to lie to them, and I certainly don’t want to lie to myself.
