I found yoga in January of 2012. I had always struggled with positive body image and signed up at a local studio, hoping to loose a few pounds. I didn’t realize how unhappy, stressed out, and unawakened I had been until I started rolling out my mat each day. I was drinking all the time, putting unhealthy things into my body, and life just seemed blah. Yoga changed all that. After all these years I still struggle explaining just how yoga can do that, except it’s just magic. ✨ this is one of my favorite shots from practicing in the desert 🌵
When you find the one, you’ll never have eyes for anyone else.. unless it’s an elephant🐘
100% our favourite day in Southeast Asia so far. These gentle giants are so much fun to play with!
Have you had the opportunity to take a mud bath with these guys?

Dining at Michelin Star ⭐️ Restaurant, Sinne, in the heart of the De Pijp neighborhood. 'Sinne' is a Swedish word for senses, mood and 'state of mind', which is ever present in every plate. Thanks to the team for letting me take a picture in the kitchen 🙌🏽 @sinnerestaurant
