⚠️STAIRS⚠️ Training tips❗️
✅ Watch your posture: Feet, knee and hips has to be on the same line.
✅ Short time of contact: When you work on stairs, your knees receives a lot of pressure, so lower the time of contact with your feet, lower that pressure. And also increases your muscle’s speed and strength.
✅ Go up & down: Different muscles for different direction. And also work side on.
✅ Weight: I don’t recommend to add weith to your stairs train. Of course you can add some wieght BEFORE, on your WARM UP.
