I have been adding in morning cardio to help me be in a calorie deficit. Bringing out those baby abs. My cardio of choice lately is definitely the stair master because of two reasons.

Team Gaspari Reppin Superpump Saturday DONE 💪🏽✅ BANGING session today to end the first week of this new focused style of training and caloric increase! Today was pretty much heavy Reppy everything, with some very controlled pre exhaust sets to prime the guns, then me pretty much going to town on them! My body has adjusted very well to the slight calorie increase, in fact there’s only been 0.3 on weight gain and seeing as tho was lean & tight this morning that could be some legit new tissue 👀👌🏽 More calories to be added in the coming weeks mainly just bumping up the portions in the meals I’m having, with the foods I like and know my body takes well! So slow and steady wins the race and as I say week 1 and I’m pleased both with diet & training, stress levels have been a bit high but ima use the rest of today & tomorrow to relax and try reduce them! Today’s all star formula was my @gaspari_nutrition_uk Superpump with some added coconut water powder and the pumps were legitimately skin tearing 😤💪🏽 Now to enjoy the weekend and a needed rest day tomorrow 👊🏽 Have a good one y’all 😎

Last nights weights session. Keep in mind I wander some in the gym so it was probably more like 40 minutes of actual lifting. Why do I wander? I'm not a natural gym shark, the outdoors have always been my playground so I'm still getting comfortable with a routine. 
As always I was dead by the time I got to cardio so that lasted my normal 4 minutes. 😂 
I had some things working against me in addition to the tough workout so my body gave out by the time I got home. I'm super surprised I can walk today.

When many people talk about being "toned" what they are referring to is a firm body with muscular definition and shape. Tone is to have some amount of muscle on your body AND then have a low enough body fat percentage so that this muscle can actually be seen.

The more muscle you have and the less fat you have covering it, the more “toned” and “defined” you will appear to be. The more fat covering your muscle, the less visible it will be and the less “toned” you will appear.

So, all you need to do to look ‘’toned’’ is to be in 10-25% caloric deficit for fat loss, use an intelligent strength training routine 3-5x / week, that will allow you build muscle or maintain your muscular mass amount. And to maximize your chances for a sculpted shape you need absolutely to eat (drink) 0.8-1g/lb of proteins daily to preserve your precious muscles. Believe in yourself, stay confiant and know that you need a looot of patience.💪
