The Goudse Waag (Gouda Cheese Weighing House) holds the Cheese Museum and I have to say that I LOVED IT!
Admission to the museum is €4.50 and the best part of the tour is the top floor where you watch a video about how farmers make Gouda cheese. I learned so much about the process! For example, did you know that it takes about 10 litres of milk to make 1kg of cheese?!
Went looking for the tulips in Holland yesterday but due to the cold Winter they are a little bit late....next week we should be in full bloom...in the meantime I did get to take the drone up for a little flight above the fields....had to dust off the Spark first though...
