Thursday night taco bowl🌮🥑🍅💣 I honestly eat this at LEAST once a week. It’s one of my favorites and I always find myself craving it🤷🏼♀️😋 All the same taco goods minus the shell and getting in the extra greens!🌱 •
Add ground turkey to a pan on medium heat➡️ mash it up while cooking and add your taco seasoning (will post seasoning recipe below) allow turkey to cook through, about 10 min➡️ add it on a bed of iceberg lettuce for a nice crunch (threw some spinach in there also) ➡️ and continue to add your favorite taco toppings.. for me that includes, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, TONS of lime, and I threw some salsa on also! •
Taco seasoning! 1 tbsp chili powder • 1/4 heaping tsp garlic powder • 1/4 heaping tsp onion powder • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes • 1/4 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper ➡️ I do a heaping serving of onion and garlic powder b/c those are flavors I like to taste more, if you like more spice you can add more red pepper or chili powder! I also don’t like cumin which can be added! Don’t be scared to play around with it! People are so quick to spend & $100 on shoes or make up or clothes, but when it comes to themselves and their health they “just can’t” 🙃

I’m Out here just working on my fitness! With the summer and travel time quickly approaching, I have been hitting my workouts hard and keeping my nutrition in check, getting ready for the warmer days.
When I was young, I use to dwell on how I looked and wear baggy clothes because I thought I was “fat.” I wish I could go back and tell myself that I don’t need to look a certain way to be happy. So I woke up this morning and debating for a good 10 minutes about whether to go to the gym or not, it wasn’t meant to be a rest day and I knew if I didn’t go I’d regret it later and going would make me feel SO much better....of course I went, had a good workout and felt great.
It rarely happens when I get that but I often get asked how I stay motivated, I love the gym and going is such a stress relief for me but sometimes I do debate staying in bed for a little extra😂
had a horrific day at work and much looking forward to a little lie in and a day off tomorrow...so that’s up at 7:30am and day of uni work😂😩
So lucky that I actually enjoy being so busy all the time😅
Hoping to get loads of work done early so I can enjoy some sun and see my grandparents later on in the day❤️
Off to walk my dog down the beach as it is much needed to relax me for a nice chilled evening💆♀️

I’m a busy mom. 👩👧👧The only day I’m not working or filled with an insane schedule is typically Thursday. Progress isn't always noticeable. Changes are still happening and in the long run you will be able to look back and see how far you've come. The weekly progress pics can be frustrating but once you compare day 1 to day 302... you will be blown away!

My favorite BCAA and preworkout! This flavor is awesome @idealfit. BCAA is super important to take when you’re training. I can tell when I don’t take it because I wake up the next day super sore. What do you guys take while training?
It breaks my heart to see women tear each other down. I have seen women choose to be vulnerable and share their progress pictures because they are proud of what they accomplished and because they are looking for reassurance from their peers, and then someone chooses to comment something negative about this woman's body and her progress.⠀
Can we all choose to be better and use words that bring others up rather than pulling them down?? ⠀
It is hard enough in society today to be a woman. We are all working on being our best selves and learning to embrace our bodies and grow our self love. Help those who are struggling to find this. Strong beautiful women bring each other up.⠀
Please join me in spreading the word. Wether it be through finding your own self love, helping someone around you to find theirs, or reminding anyone who comments negatively about another woman's body that they should spend their time being positive and helping bring others up instead.⠀

Lil selfie action fooo youuu💕so I was thinking about the whole “instagram” thing today. And sometimes it’s discouraging and it’s hard not to compare, it seems fake and sometimes it’s good to detach and take a break from it all 🙅🏻♀️
But honestly, it also brings such an amazing sense of community. On my fitness page, I follow so many inspiring women throughout the fitness industry that help motivate me and help me to not feel like “the only one.” Sometimes at family gatherings, you’re gonna be the only one skipping out on the butter, the only one at work who doesn’t eat all the treats, the only one who gets salads, who brings their giant @isolatorfitness cooler to class to stay on track, who stays home to meal prep, who watches nutrition documentaries for fun, the “only one” game would be SOOO hard if I didn’t have a place to go and see how many people are actually living the same way as I choose to.
Fill your feed with people that inspire you and who’s goals are equally aligned with your own 👌🏽happy hump day babes 😘thanks for allowing me to be a part of your feed ❤️

Consistency is probably where people go most wrong when it comes to fitness.💪🏻🍕
You’re not going to see amazing results from been on a 'diet' for two weeks or if you've been the gym twice that week, It doesn’t happen and i think this discourages people!
It used to do my head in when people said this but health and fitness is a lifestyle not a two week choice.
I do also think that if one day you make the decision that the next day or the next Monday you’re going on this mad diet. It will fail. Been on a diet is not sustainable... are you going to be on a diet for the rest of your life? Surely it’s just better to have a balanced diet?
If you make small changes each week and slowly cut out the stuff that’s bad for you this will help you more long term! Plus if you’re going to cut everything out at once you’re just going to crave it loads and end up binging on it.💙
If you be consistent with your nutrition and training you will see results and any sort of progress is still good no matter how slow it is! Things don’t happen overnight if you want a change you must work for it!
