We literally experienced a weather so wild back in Iceland. From sunny to rain showers and even snow in one day. But that’s one thing that makes this country so beautiful. Here’s a picture of rain pouring out there while the sun sets as well and yup we just passed by that!
Never expected Iceland to be a challenging location to shoot. But harsh light, crowds of tourists and long periods of driving made it tricky... Then we arrived in the Highlands, and finally got what we’d been craving. Stark brutal wilderness, vast in size, and achingly beautiful.
Silfra is a stretch of water that runs between two tectonic plates. Those who are brave enough can scuba dive into the 2 degrees water and swim between the two plates. But if you’d rather, you an also hike around on dry land! This photo was taken between the Eurasian plate and the North American plate, meaning I was straddling two continents! The only place ON EARTH you can do this! Fancy it?
