When we are triggered the emotions being awoken come from past experiences. Learn to question this and to break the associations you are controlled by. When we allow our emotions to run wild like the wind, we are merely a leaf floating around. If you seek to grow your roots like a oak tree and to be grounded in what is true. None of what you’re feeling is actually you. Your family, schooling, and society have trained you to react this way. Seek to remove the moss that hinders your view.

The world needs you more than ever. It is only by ordered minds that we can put a disordered universe into alignment. We need people who demonstrate the grand canyon of their love, to others, and themselves. We need new leaders, new innovators, new science, new ways of doing our life tasks. Each generation must find its own way. No amount of wisdom in the past will tell us how to live today. Most of all we need each other. In a world of differences, we need to find commonalities, bridges over the great divides that section, classify and degrade us. We are the entire ocean of the universe in a drop. If we could see infinity, we would realize we each echo forever into a sunrise, not a sunset. And when you answer that calling of yours, you know you have made a big splash in great cosmic lake of time, of truth, and have realigned the stars of eternity. Each person becomes a source of light in a dark universe.
You know you love someone when you wouldn't think twice about donating your organs to help them live... and you know who your true ones are by those who'd do the same for you within a heartbeat. 💕
If such a situation were to occur, what would you do? What if you yourself were in need of a transplant?
If you are yet to sign up to the NHS organ/blood donor register, please make the time to do so soon. Two minutes of your day could add hours, even months onto someone else's life... Think. Act. Change.
You were born into a race, into a religion, into a class - and then you spend your whole life defending it. But who are you really?
Expose yourself to the idea of not having a nationality. Not having a sexual definition or orientation. To the idea of no longer being (de)formed and moulded by your environment. By society.
Jangan berfikir kalian sendiri. Saya dan kita semua disini selalu memeluk kalian dalam doa untuk mengakhiri semua ini.
Our ability to change is what sets us apart from the ludites of the world. Sometimes change is a result of crisis, other times it's a result of want. Either way, it happens, and we each need to navigate the waves that arise when it takes place.
Adaption is difficult. When a dynamic shifts-- a marriage ends, the company reorganizes, coach benches the starting line-- a ripple effect takes place, reaching out to those not even aware of the initial change. This sudden imbalance is what can seem most impactful. Why the sudden breakup? Wasn't the company profitable? Weren't the players doing their jobs? The questions are never quite answered; skin thickens and views get jaded. Sometimes we do things we regret, bringing about more drama into an already vindictive pool of emotion.
It is important to think with a logical mind at these times. Refrain from projecting, speaking out of spite or with malice. Give benefit of the doubt, even if you know it wouldn't be given back to you. The precepts governing faith and religion are the perfect rule of thumb. 'Doing unto others' and 'turning the other cheek' sound insipid, but make for good politics in the end.
Adapt. Navigate. Learn to grow with change. You're not alone.

Destetando desde el amor! •
I am so humbled and basking in joy from this weekend of being able to share what I love with others. Being apart of this incredible movement of holistic and natural healing is magical. Reiki has changed my life in many areas. From healing past wounds, to finding peace within myself, softening anxiety, and aiding in my own manifestations. It also has given me the opportunity to guide others along in their own personal, emotional, and physical healing. I have connected with so many beautiful souls through this career and my little heart is pumping with love and joy. So proud of my students this weekend, not for completing this training, but rather, for showing up for themselves. For following their own intuitive pull on the next steps for them and their journey. The truth of the matter is, we are ALL healing. There’s not a single person on this earth who has never experienced pain, sadness, or insecurities. We are in this TOGETHER. The more humans finding peace in their own lives, the more we collectively bring peaceful energy into humanity. Reiki is only going to continue to grow and show up more and more around the U.S. and the world. Our bodies know how to heal themselves. Our job is to give ourself enough space and relaxation for the healing to happen. I’m utterly grateful. For reiki. For you. For us. For life. I love you all.❤️
My next reiki level l & ll training will be in July. Dates will be confirmed and posted on my website by the end of this month.

Regrann from @lizardskin666 - “One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a Well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the donkey was old, and the Well, needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey did something amazing. He shook it off and took a step up.
As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.
The rest of the story…. The donkey later came back, and bit the farmer who had tried to bury him. The gash from the bite got infected and the farmer eventually died in agony from septic shock.
The moral of the story…. When you do something wrong, and try to cover your ass, it always comes back to bite you.”
Mental illness can affect anyone anywhere. Because of this, we need to talk about it. We need to get the issues out there and normalized so more people can speak up and share their experiences and get help. The more we talk about it, the more we learn and the more we can understand each other and ourselves.
This May we support Mental Health Awareness Month, a time when we do more to recognize that millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness and how stigma is toxic to their mental health.

"I have a personal philosophy in life: If somebody else can do something that I'm doing, they should do it. And what I want to do is find things that would represent a unique contribution to the world - the contribution that only I and my portfolio of talents, can make happen. Those are my priorities in life.
“The problem, often not discovered until late in life, is that when you look for things in life like love, meaning, motivation, it implies they are sitting behind a tree or under a rock. The most successful people in life recognize, that in life they create their own love, they manufacture their own meaning, they generate their own motivation. For me, I am driven by two main philosophies, know more today about the world than I knew yesterday. And lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you.”
"As an educator, it's my duty to empower you to think. So that you can go forth and think accurate thoughts about how the world is put together."
"It's the inspired student that continues to learn on their own. That's what separates the real achievers in the world from those who pedal along, finishing assignments." - @NeildeGrasseTyson #riskhappy
