📍ELEMENTS BUFFET in Newtown Plaza (Baguio City,Philippines)
Pros 📌Good Ambiance like in a typical hotel buffet people go to.
📌Good for people who loves to post Gold Aesthetics
📌Lovely employees, only some tho
📌Good Food (Meryenda or Snacks)
📌Very Crowded during rainy days or if not around 13:00.
📌Some employees dont accommodate customers well, e.g.. When you wait for tables, they ask you what is your name and 'call' you when a table is available for you but when its your turn, they dont go to you personally or even make their voice louder to get your attention, they just go on with other customers, which isn't fancy at all.
Overall my rating is: ⭐⭐⭐
📍Soup District (Baguio City,Philippines)
📌Asian Vibe (Cozy)
📌Easy to find since it was just beside the road
📌Accomodating employees (They instantly gave us water when we were struggling from the hot sauce)
📌Accomodating employees but not approachable
📌Free Wifi but you need to ask for the password of course
📌Not Instagram worthy place
All in all, everything is good.
All hops are NOT created equal! Be sure to choose the variation that shares key biomechanical components of the movement you are developing. All 3 exercises are often used interchangeably but all 3 have very different performance outcomes. When it comes to upright running the Approach Step Up to Box Hop exercise is one that ticks a number of boxes for me. The natural activation-relaxation-activation of key muscles is used in the approach; following some vertical oscillation of the system the swing leg can be put in to a great position to actively and aggressively drive directly down into the step box; the drive into the step box demands stiffness from the stance leg and the spring (as in the spring mass model) does not have the time to compress; leg muscles contract isometrically at contact; ground contact is lightening fast (not measured yet - but I will soon); the tendon recoils and pushes the system into flight; and the active recovery of the stance leg is encouraged in order to land on the top box. Progress with higher landing boxes and weighted vests but keep stiff and contact times short.
