If you can’t tell, I’m very proud of this certificate. It’s an artistic masterpiece. Apparently, I’m not allowed to use the images on it because of some copyright law, but until I get a seize and desist from the NBA I’m not compromising my art and changing it. Heck no. It’s too beautiful. I’m going to play my hardest during every 1-on-1 match to keep its value up. I’m not trying to just hand these out. With that being said, however, I took two official L’s yesterday. (Any given Sunday, right?) Congrats to @jmoneyloc34 and @trippy_wiz. You guys straight up out-balled me. 🏀
Both of your were super wet with the 2’s. I had about a whole 12’ height advantage on @jmoneyloc34 and he played bigger than me. Post moves that I couldn’t block. Pump fake after pump fake after pump fake after pump fake until he got it. Relentless and straight up the quickest player I’ve played 1-on-1 against that I remember. No lie. Maybe it was the money being put down, maybe it was because your girl and children were there watching, but you played like a beast and smoked me. And playing 1-on-1 vs @trippy_wiz was like guarding Steve Nash. Jittery and unpredictable with his motion. The sporadic quick movements drained my energy until he found the opening to collect the easy bucket. And of course you were wet from deep. (Home court advantage 😜) It wasn’t until we ran 5’s that I saw Trippy run the court more like Pistol Pete. Honestly, I am honored to certify you guys as ballers. I definitely can’t wait for the rematch and hopefully my spectacles will be repaired or functioning again by then.
This message is for the young ballers out there that want to elevate their game and reach their full potential. It’s about to be summer time, a.k.a. the offseason, a.k.a. the time to bust your ass. Summer camps are all right, but nothing elevates your game and your fitness like 1-on-1, personal training. You can practice your ball handling skills at home or in the parking lot. You don’t need to go to those basketball daycares. As a matter of fact, they are a waste of money. If you want to get better, you need a big brother to bully you on the basketball court. Simple as that. It’s 1-on-1 training that I customize based on your skill level. 🏀
True story: the reason we were blessed with Michael Jordan is because Mike had an older brother, Larry Jordan, who would smoke Michael in games of 1-on-1 over and over again. Think about that before your parents send you to basketball camp this summer to dribble around cones and do boring drills. Play with me instead if you want to take your game to the max. For students, I charge a discounted hourly rate of $25/hour or $50/3hours. I’m looking for serious clients. College prospects or ballers wanting to become college prospects. For adults (18+) looking to get into shape and needing motivation or who just want to ball, my fun and competitive personal basketball training is $35/hour. Or, if you just want to play a game of 1-on-1 to test your skills against “White Kobe,” I charge $20/game. If you beat me, however, no charge. Dm, text, or call to ball. 🏀
Also, I offer a premium for custom POV videos. See what you look like through the eyes of a defender. Show the world signature highlights. (Prices vary and are negotiable)
Here’s a tip/drill for the young bucks out there: before you leave the court, make 100 shots with your left (if you’re left-handed, use nothing but your right). Just do it. You’re literally not allowed to leave until you finish. It’s tiring, but it’s fun. Before you know it, you’ll be making left hooks and looking like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Basketball is about being versatile and there are infinite amounts of tools you can add to your arsenal. So identify your weak spots, and hone them with repetition until you’re unstoppable.
