TVP oatmeal 🙌🏼 Great for breakfast, or a snack.
Make them for the week and just add your favorite milk when your ready to eat them. Have them warm or cold.
In a sauce pan add 1 cup of dry TVP, 1 cup of your favorite milk. I like using 1/2 heavy whipping cream 1/2 water. Or unsweetened almond milk.
Simmer for 10mins then remove from heat.
Add some vanilla and your favorite sweetener( I used stevia) then sprinkle with cinnamon.
You can have it as a dryer oatmeal or creamy by adding more milk.
A few more tips👉🏻 add some keto friendly fruit. Add an egg or avocado on top. Or even your favorite protein powder to amp it up even more. Ghee is also amazing in this recipe.
