MORNING UPPER BODY HIIT CIRCUIT. 
Start your week off with this circuit. * A few tips for the exercises - alternate between arms when doing the DB snatches. Make sure you use a moderate-heavy weight and drive up through your legs to lift the weight and ensure you complete the full eccentric phase of the movement (have your arm straight when reaching the top) - with raised leg commandos, have your feet on a bench while you complete the movement - with the slam ball burpees make sure you use power to drive the ball down to the floor and follow the ball down. •

So today has been a whole lot of productivity 
Started the day of right with my main man Jesus- check out my story for a glimpse at today’s message!!💒
Basically, when we let Jesus into our lives, we will see changes- changes we want to see! But that can only happen if we desire Him in our hearts and live like Him. One way to start that is “unselfish Kindness”
This means that we shouldn’t just be kind in hopes to get something out of it. 
We should be kind because it’s the unnatural, but right thing to do.

Got some good old meal prep going for my lunches and snacks so I stay on track and set myself up for success! 
Been a minute since I’ve done some meal prepping but the goods are coming in hot- literally 🔥😂
Now I’m about to head to run a few last minute errands for tomorrow! ▫️▫️▫️
Friends, setting ourselves up for success doesn’t have to be difficult! 
The key is to PLAN 
And tbh, if ya really want something, you’ll make the time to work towards it!
